Hi, I'm James, and welcome to my site! Watch as I travel the globe and upload some amazing photographs. How can I do this, you might wonder. Well, I'll tell ya.

I recently got a steal on a great place in Arizona. This let me save quite a bit of cash thanks to the great price and an amazing down payment assistance program. The program is specific to where I live in Pima (there's a video on youtube and an in-depth article here). Anyway, with this I saved more than enough to both have a great place to live in Arizona as my home base, and continue my travels.

As soon as I finalize my move it's off to Italy for a month! I'll come back and rest up for another few weeks after that before heading to Belize. That's just the start, so be sure to check back and see all my awesome pictures detailing my trip!
